The third part of Need for Speed, according to some — the best in all ruler as represents deification of the initial concept of NFS: the fastest machines, direct country roads and police. Thanks to last it was especially interesting to play Hot Pursuit. The idea to transplant police officers on high-speed "Porsches" and "Jaguars" and to make them more strongly than the player gave to action smack of game in "tag" that so wasn't enough, for example, Most Wanted. Besides, there were all possible types of a multiplayer (fights together on one screen are familiar to everyone who played the third part), simple, typically arcadian physical model and exotic routes. Almost everything from the above-mentioned was realized and in fresher parts of series, but here to prokhvatit on the jungle or the prairie on a latest model of "Ferrari" now, alas, anywhere plainly it is impossible.
