Installation
1. Launch the OpenIV editor (waits for you in the unit "Necessary Programs").
2. Select menu item the File \to Open and open vehicles.img archive from directory \pc\models\cdimages\with the set game.
3. The command Editing \to Add import to a database the nrg900.wft and nrg900.wtd files from the directory with the unpacked modification.
4. That the made changes became effective, execute the command the File \to Rebuild.
5. Open "Notepad" the configuration files handling.dat, carcols.dat from directory \common\data with GTA 4 and inscribe in them the appropriate lines from the document [ENG] Readme.txt.
