  What's new: the artifact can be included, and it will create anomaly

  If artifacts appear in anomalies why it is impossible to carry out inverse process? Each artifact is created only in a certain anomaly therefore it would be logical that it also created same in which appeared. It after all concentration of the abnormal energy! Modification of Artifact Activation just adds possibility of creation of temporarily operating anomalies. Everything that is necessary — to take an artifact in hand and to click the left mouse button. After some cunning actions Labelled activates an artifact, and that will create anomaly. Anomaly of subjects is stronger, than the artifact is more expensive.
  Perhaps, modification suits only for passing of game at maximum levels of complexity. Especially interestingly fights with "Monolith" in Pripyat look. We lure the person so twenty, and then we throw somewhere in a corridor the charged artifact. Anomaly — not the grenade, you won't disappear from it.
