  The author only changed a standard texture of the weapon and syringes, but what effect! Syringes are filled with blood, and on one side the weapon is written by the capital red letters HIV+ (Heinous Intravenous Vindicator Plus). The red text as if emphasizes that it is necessary to steer clear of the owner of the weapon. Of course, there are no additional sounds a little though the texture is all the same good.
