Installation
Place the vpk-file from the folder with the name of a map necessary to you in the directory Steam/SteamApps/common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons.

Some maps (for example, Pac4Dead) won't be available from the normal menu of creation of the server. To play on them, it is necessary to open the console *, having clicked a key [~] (tilde), and to make the team of map "the name of the file which you placed in the addons folder" (for Pac4Dead — pac4dead.vpk).
