  This mutator at the same time reduces a gravitation and increases speed, turning game into similarity of the movie "Matrix". But on the contrary — usefulness average as both of these parameters can be included separate mutators. The single advantage — possibility of thin setup of both parameters.

  INSTALLATION
  Copy files in the folder my documents \Games\Tournament 3\or Documents \Games\Tournament 3\.
