AceDesign PRO is the full-fledged graphics editor comprising all necessary functions for creation and editing graphics images. In the program operation with layers isn't bad realized, and also there are built-in special filters effects (Blur, Render, Light Effects and others). For some users this program can become full changeover of the Adobe Photoshop program.
