In announcements of the third part of "Heroes" was to tell guys from New World Computing only something it seems "there will be the same enough, it is only even more", and then to prepare for national love. No exaggeration is present here — the second part provided such credibility before players what it was very difficult to ruin it in the third part. But it wasn't ruined, moreover — thanks to second "Heroes", without them there would be no third.
Completely redrawn graphics was the single change which was evident directly. But once you started playing Heroes of Might and Magic 3, we again for weeks failed in a non-existence. Restriction on the quantity of things of the hero approached to normal RPG; division of magic into four schools; expanded field of battle; the shoveled bestiary. It is enough to take only these particles and to multiply them by the number of heroes, artifacts, monsters and spells increased several times that the head went around — in New World Computing simply wanted that we played "Heroes" a little more … Sacred simplicity, sacred. |
