On a parable of the Ancient Greek fabulist Aesop about dispute of a turtle and hare on the one who quicker, at different times managed to earn many. In the XVII century it was rewritten by Frenchman La Fontaine, in the seventies the last century of Warner Bros. removed some episodes of the cartoon serial Looney Tunes on this history, and in the 1994th we unexpectedly learn that later three thousand years after events of the original fable opposition of hares and turtles proceeds in Jazz Jackrabbit. Is given to us that thus Cliff Blezhinski (the father of Gears of War) wanted to disown from a plot of Super Mario Bros. — well you never know at whom else in enemies the Turtle king? And the princess is rescued at all by the hero of every second game …
Anyway, having taken into head to make truly computer platformer, Epic nevertheless took a subject outline at Nintendo, took storm speeds of Sonic the Hedgehog as a basis, equipped the hero with a gun in the manner of Megaman, but also weren't in debt, having paid much attention to design as to that. With it at Epic it turned out better in total neither the graphics, nor music didn't make and generally — all looked and obeyed, frankly speaking, steep. The same attention to audiovisual details as a result played a dirty trick with creators: in Jazz Jackrabbit there was no place to finds of Epic, why 30 levels of game were given only the most rested.
